3rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of MTB Foundation held

The 3rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of MTB Foundation was held on December 26, 2022 at the Bank’s Corporate Head Office, MTB Centre, 26 Gulshan Avenue, Dhaka.
Syed Manzur Elahi, Chairman, MTB Foundation and Founding Chairman of Mutual Trust Bank Ltd. (MTB) presided over the AGM. Malik Muntasir Reza, Group Company Secretary moderated the meeting and Samia Chowdhury, Chief Executive Officer, MTB Foundation read out the agenda before the Governing Body.
The AGM was also attended by Rashed Ahmed Chowdhury, Vice Chairman, MTB Foundation and Members of the Governing Body of MTB Foundation, Md. Wakiluddin, Md. Abdul Malek, Md. Hedayetullah and Syed Mahbubur Rahman.
Chowdhury Akhtar Asif, Additional Managing Director & GCRO, Rais Uddin Ahmad, Deputy Managing Director & CAMLCO and Mohammad Nazmul Hossain, Group Chief Financial Officer (GCFO) from the Bank also attended at the AGM.
