Mutual Trust Bank PLC Partners with Manu Farms to Finance Poultry Farmers

Mutual Trust Bank PLC (MTB) has signed MoU with Manu Farms to provide financial support to poultry farmers registered on the “Poultry Manager” app platform. The signing ceremony was held on October 9, 2024, at the corporate head office of the bank and was attended by key representatives from both organizations.

Md. Khalid Mahmood Khan, AMD & Chief Business Officer of MTB and Muhammad Shahin, Founder and CEO of Manu Farms, signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organizations in the presence of Syed Mahbubur Rahman, Managing Director & CEO of Mutual Trust Bank PLC.

Under the terms of the MoU, bank will provide financial services to Manu Farms listed poultry farmer. This collaboration aims to bridge between farmers and investors by offering innovative and deeply embedded financing solutions in agriculture.

Among others, Usman Rashed Muyeen, DMD & HoCRM, Khalid Hossin, Head of Digital Banking Division, Sanjib Kumar Dey, Head of SME & Agri Banking Division and other officials of MTB and Manu Farms were also present in the event.
