Mr. Md. Hedayetullah is the Director of Mutual Trust Bank PLC (MTB). He was the Chairman of the Board of MTB from May 31, 2018 to December 31, 2020 and also served as the Chairman of the Board Executive Committee from January 01, 2021 to December 31, 2022.

Mr. Md. Hedayetullah obtained B.Sc. (Honors) degree in Leather Technology from the University of Leicester, UK and M.A. in International Business from Webster University, Regents College, London, UK.
