MTB FOUNDATION HOLDS 4TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)

The 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of MTB Foundation was held on December 21, 2023 at the Bank’s Corporate Head Office, MTB Centre, 26 Gulshan Avenue, Dhaka. Ms. Anika Chowdhury, Chairman, MTB Foundation & Director of Mutual Trust Bank PLC (MTB) presided over the AGM. Rais Uddin Ahmad, Group Company Secretary moderated the meeting and Samia Chowdhury, Chief Executive Officer, MTB Foundation read out the agenda before the Governing Body. The AGM was also attended by Members of the Governing Body of MTB Foundation, Dr. Arif Dowla, Director and Syed Mahbubur Rahman, Managing Director & CEO of Mutual Trust Bank PLC. Chowdhury Akhtar Asif, Additional Managing Director & GCRO, Md. Khalid Mahmood Khan, Additional Managing Director & CBO, Goutam Prosad Das, Deputy Managing Director & GHOICC, Md. Bakhteyer Hossain, Deputy Managing Director & COO, Md. Shamsul Islam, Deputy Managing Director & HoTreasury, Usman Rashed Muyeen, Deputy Managing Director & HoCRM and Md. Shafquat Hossain, Deputy Managing Director & HoRetail from the Bank attended at the AGM.
