To ensuring customer satisfaction by enhancing the standards of our customer service, MTB recently celebrated ‘Customer Service Week 2022’ from March 13-16, 2022 in Chattogram Region for providing its customers with a delightful banking experience. Syed Mahbubur Rahman, Managing Director & CEO of MTB inaugurated this event in the presence of some distinguished customers in a simple ceremony held at Agrabad Branch in Chattogram.
Besides, throughout the week, the bank received substantial number of positive feedback from the customers and spontaneous & cordial participation from the bank’s dedicated Frontlines & Senior Management, connecting with the customers. As a part of the celebration, the Bank arranged some token gifts for its customers at the branches in Chattogram Region. Thus, the Customer Service Week has proven to be an amazing bridge between MTB and its valued customers.
