MTB Leads CMSME Cluster Finance Initiative in Jashore

Mutual Trust Bank PLC (MTB) partnered with Bangladesh Bank’s Khulna Office to host a Cluster Finance program, aimed at identifying and strengthening engagement with Cottage, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (CMSME) clusters.
MTB’s Jashore Branch led the initiative, emphasizing their commitment to fostering economic growth through strategic financial support. The seminar attracted 48 representatives from banks and Non-Banking Financial Institutions (NBFIs) in the Jashore District, alongside 50 aspiring entrepreneurs, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange.

S.M. Hassan Reza, Executive Director of Bangladesh Bank, Khulna Office, graced the event as the Chief Guest, highlighting the importance of collaborative efforts in boosting the CMSME sector. The program was presided over by Sanjib Kumar Dey, Head of SME & Agri Banking Division at MTB.
