MTB sanctioned loan to BASIS member

Mutual Trust Bank PLC (MTB) partnered with BASIS at the bank’s corporate head office to offer collateral-free loans to BASIS members. This strategic collaboration enabled BASIS members to access credit facilities swiftly and effortlessly, empowering them to overcome challenges and accelerate their entrepreneurial journeys. The agreement ensures that BASIS members can obtain financing options to support sustainable business expansion and contribute to the growth of the ICT sector.

Md. Khalid Mahmood Khan, AMD & Chief Business Officer of MTB, and M Asif Rahman, Vice President & Finance of BASIS, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations. During the event, Syed Mahbubur Rahman, Managing Director & CEO of MTB, handed over loan sanction letter to a BASIS member.

Other attendees included Usman Rashed Muyeen, DMD & Head of CRM; Khalid Hossin, Head of the Digital Banking Division; Sanjib Kumar Dey, Head of the SME & Agri Banking Division from MTB; and M Rashidul Hasan, President; Biplob Ghosh Rahul, Director from BASIS, as well as other officials from MTB and BASIS.
