Mutual Trust Bank PLC (MTB), in its effort to align its CSR initiatives with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), recently expanded its support to Proyash Institute of Special Education and Research (PISER) for their autistic children. Proyash is functioning under the patronization of the Bangladesh Army for children with special needs. This support of MTB will help educate and train individuals with autism to develop to their fullest potential and improve the quality of their lives.
Usman Rashed Muyeen, Deputy Managing Director & Head of CRM, Mutual Trust Bank PLC (MTB), handed over the cheque to Colonel Md. Anwar Uz Zaman, Executive Director & Principal, Proyash Institute of Special Education and Research (PISER) at a simple ceremony held at the Proyash premises at Dhaka Cantonment. Among others, Azam Khan, Head of Communications Department & Tahmina Zaman Khan, Head of Sustainability & Risk Governance Functions of MTB along with other officials of both organizations were also present at the occasion.
