MTB introduces Commercial Space Finance

Mutual Trust Bank Limited (MTB) has launched Commercial Space Finance on September 17, 2019, at the Samson H. Chowdhury auditorium, MTB Tower, 111 Kazi Nazrul Islam Avenue, Dhaka 1000.

Commercial Space Finance is a term loan product for the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME). Customers can use the loan product to purchase commercial space for business expansion, construct commercial space, renovate and face upliftment of commercial space, and takeover of commercial space financing from other financial institutions.

Khan, Managing Director & CEO and Syed Rafiqul Haq, Deputy Managing Director & Chief Business Officer of Mutual Trust Bank Limited with other senior officials of the bank. Liakot Ali Bhuiya, Vice-President, REHAB, Tanveerul Hoque Probal, Managing Director, building for Future Ltd. were present at the launching ceremony along with other representatives from real estate developer companies.
